What is a Premium Submit Account?
A Premium Submit Account gives you an advantage when it comes to submitting to Richard's Realm. These are set out in the table below:

How many gallery submissions are you allowed per day? 1 TGP or 1 MGP 3 TGP and 3 MGP

Are there any limits on the number of overall submissions every day/hour? Yes. We have hourly and daily limits for the total number of submissions we receive. No. We do not limit total number of Premium submissions we receive - other than the per webmaster limits above.

How quickly will the submission be reviewed and listed? Not very quickly. Free submissions are reviewed after we have reviewed the premium submissions. Very quickly. All premium submissions are reviewed before free submissions.

Where do galleries show in the list? At the bottom, after the paid-for listings and the Premium Submit Account galleries. At the top, after the paid-for listings (more info) and above the free submissions.

All galleries submitted are subject to the same rules as the free submissions. The Premium Submit Account is a way for you to get priority service for your submissions ... it does not guarantee your galleries being listed. If you want guaranteed listings then take a look at our paid listings.

Can I have more than one account?
Yes. But you must submit different galleries and use different domains and email addresses for each account.

Does the Premium Submit Account guarantee my galleries will be listed?
No. It only provides a priority service above that available for free.

What if you do not list my galleries?
The priority service given to Premium Submit Account holders is not limited to the submission process. If your galleries are rejected then please email David (listings@richards-realm.com) and he will do his best to help you.

Can I pay for my Premium Submit Account using Epassporte or Paypal?
Unfortunately at present we cannot accept payment via Epass or Paypal.

Is the $40 charged to my card every month automatically?
Yes.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

How do I cancel the regular charge?
Email webmaster@richards-realm.com with the email address and username you registered for the submit account you would like to cancel. Please give at least a few days notice before your card is next charged to ensure we cancel it in time.

How do I change my credit card details?
We cannot change the card details ourselves. The simplest way to change the card details is to cancel your account and, once you get the email confirming the account has expired, sign up again using the same username. password and email address.
